Monsieur like it : Matthew Cookson.

 As I told you on my Facebook page , I met Matthew Cookson the last Wednesday , who is the amazing designer of some of the most beautiful slippers we have seen on Lapo Elkann , Sam Lambert and this mistery man during Men Fashion Week just to name a few.

First of all , the store is in one of my favorite neighbourhood in Paris , St Germain Des Près , The store is gorgeous as you can see , his great seller Rodolphe is amazing , professional and knows a lot about slippers which is a real pleasure, than Monsieur Matthew Cookson arrived and he was so nice , so patient  ,so humble and passioned about his shoes, he showed me all the different kind of slippers , told me a lot of great stories like that Lapo Elkann asked him to do a pair of slipper in white with black tassels in honor of the club he's President of The Juventus, we went on my Lapo Elkann article and he showed me the blue velvet slippers that Lapo was wearing (picture N°28).

 Seriously , it's actually the best shoes I have seen in my entire life and yesterday I was to the Vogue Fashion Night where I had to see a lot of men shoes...The Oxford are gorgeous , the leather is perfect , the colors too and hand made in Italy, the price is around 400 Euros.

And OMG those slippers !My personal favorite are the leopard one and the purple with the tassels (That I got :)) , but every single pair is just gorgeous , the velvet is perfect , the interior is just SO comfortable and the good news is you can choose to create your own slippers, you can choose everything from the color , of the outside , inside , the tassels, to the embroidery ,and the price don't change it's between 300 and 500 Euros depending on what you choose, all the slippers are hand made in England ,it can't be more luxurious and when you have them in front of you you just see the perfection of each shoes and the great touch of Monsieur Cookson.
